Lorie is a nationally certified Personal Trainer through ISSA and a Master-educated Registered Nurse with over a decade of advanced clinical experience. Her background spans critical care, trauma, post-cardiac rehabilitation, and pediatric nursing, giving her a rare ability to merge medical insight with fitness training.
She’s also a Certified Nutritionist, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Recovery Specialist, making her uniquely equipped to help clients with specialized needs — from post-injury recovery to endurance training.
Beyond her nursing and fitness credentials, Lorie is a martial arts instructor and SWAT (Special Winning Attitude Team) Instructor at Covington Karate Studio, where she teaches discipline, precision, and resilience. She is known for her holistic, safety-first approach that balances strength, endurance, and long-term wellness.
